My Services

Therapy for Adults

I work with individual adults from diverse walks of life who are seeking clarity, relief, and support navigating the challenges—whether recent or longstanding—that are troubling them.

Teens and Children

As a former school-based therapist for high school students, I provide a safe space for teens to explore their identity, develop healthy coping skills, and envision the future they want to build for themselves as they enter adulthood.

With child clients (under age 12), I use creative play and age-appropriate exercises to help them express and process their emotions, strengthen their social skills, and increase their self-esteem.

Regardless of your child’s age, I seek to partner with parents / caregivers as we work together to best support your child’s needs. I may ask parents to participate in certain sessions to help your child integrate the changes they’re exploring in therapy into their daily lives.

Therapy for Therapists and Graduate Students

Having experienced the benefits of depth-oriented therapy as a pillar of my ongoing professional growth, I am passionate about providing therapy for fellow therapists–whether graduate students, pre-licensed, or fully licensed–as they deepen their understanding of themselves while supporting their clients. Regardless of your theoretical orientation, therapy can be a valuable support for exploring your own firsthand experiences of transference and countertransference as they arise in your clinical work.

I also offer professional consultation for therapists regarding issues related to my specialty areas, including complex / traumatic grief.
